Mike is the general manager at Finish Line Marine. He has over 30 years of experience in this field as well as over 35 years in the the welding and machine industry. Mike oversees all operations and works in every area of the business. Mike actually started this business to be a small prop shop and fiberglass repair facility. Before he even opened the doors, the business had grown into an outboard repair shop and later offered sales of boats, motors, and trailers. Mike is determined to offer a strong customer service base. It definitely shows the way the business has grown over the last 10+ years. Mike takes a personal interest in all of his customers and strives to make their boating experience safe and enjoyable. Marissa oversees parts & accessories, advertising, and general office duties. She has been working in outboard parts for 15+ years and can help you find what you need to get your boat up & running again!

Stephen is our computer guru. He helps us keep online as well as work in our parts and sales areas. We expect Great things from Stevo!

Chris is the service manager at Finish Line Marine. If an outboard is broken, Chris can fix it! He has attended almost all of the major schools offered by manufacturers and attends all of the yearly seminars. He keeps current with the safety and service bulletins published by all the outboard companies. It is hard to describe Chris except to say he is an excellent outboard motor mechanic. He goes the extra mile by working extended hours to get customers' boats out in a pinch. He is especially popular with area fishing guides and commercial companies because of the superb customer service he provides. Chris takes pride in the work he does and it shows through the customer base he has built at Finish Line Marine.

Besides working in the fiberglass shop, Ralph takes care of a lot of the maintenance and repairs at Finish Line Marine. We depend on him a great deal in keeping our shops looking their best. He has been very important in the construction of the wonderful atmosphere you enter when you come to Finish Line Marine.

Glenn is working with Finish Line Marine after a 16+ year career as a Mercury, Mariner and Mercruiser mechanic. He is also trained with Yamaha Outboards and is currently schooling in Honda and Suzuki. As busy as work keeps him, he is still a serious fisherman and hunter. Finish Line Marine is very proud that Glenn has joined our team!

Ricky has been with Finish Line Marine for almost a year. He enjoys working on Evinrude ETEC engines & rigging new engines. He knows just how customers like their boats rigged because he is an avid fisherman himself!

Frankie does just about everything at Finish Line Marine. If you come into our main building you will get to see a lot of the decor that Frankie helped to construct. He is also very important in helping Finish Line look its best. Frankie helps the Parts Department stay ship shape by keeping our vast inventory in check. He's one hard working dude!
