Mike has over thirty years of experience in the boating industry, and he has over thirty five years in the welding and machining industry. He oversees all operations and he constantly strives to improve every aspect of the business. Mike originally intended for Finish Line Marine Inc. to be a small prop shop and fiberglass repair facility, but before he even opened the doors, the business had grown into an outboard repair center. Not long after opening, Finish Line Marine became involved in the sale of boats, engines, and trailers. Mike is also determined to offer strong customer service, which has definitely aided in the constant growth of the business, over the years. Mike takes a personal interest in all of his customers, and he constantly strives to make their boating experience safe and enjoyable.

Marissa has been in the boating industry for over twenty years, helping to provide the excellent customer service we're known for, here at Finish Line Marine Inc. She specializes in parts, and she can help you find whatever part you're looking for.

Stephen is new to the boating industry, but he has many years worth of experience in managing computer systems and networks. He makes sure that our system stays up and running efficiently. He can also help you with locating parts in our inventory and ordering parts we might not have in stock.

If an outboard is broken, Chris can fix it! He has attended almost all of the major schools offered by engine manufacturers, and he attends all of the yearly seminars. Chris keeps current with all of the safety and service bulletins published by all the outboard companies. It is hard to describe Chris except to say he is an excellent outboard motor mechanic. He goes the extra mile by working extended hours to get customers' boats out in a pinch. He is especially popular with local fishing guides and commercial companies because of the superb customer service he provides. Chris takes pride in the work he does, and it shows through the customer base he has built here at Finish Line Marine Inc.

Glenn is working with Finish Line Marine after a 16+ year career as a Mercury, Mariner and Mercruiser mechanic. He is also trained with Yamaha Outboards and is currently training in Honda and Suzuki. As busy as work keeps Glenn, he is still an avid fisherman and hunter. We're very proud to have Glenn, here at Finish Line Marine Inc.

Chad was a former employee who took a break from the boat business, but now he's back at Finish Line Marine to help you get back on the water. We're very happy to have Chad working with us again!

Besides working in the fiberglass shop, Ralph takes care of a lot of the maintenance and repairs at Finish Line Marine. We depend on him a great deal in keeping our shops looking their best. He has also been very important in the construction of the wonderful atmosphere here at Finish Line Marine Inc.
